Couple Posts Engagement Photo On Facebook, Immediately Regrets Not Checking The Foreground

Antonia 27/09/2021

It's always best practice to check your surroundings before taking a photo to post to social media. That is exactly what this couple neglected to do before excitedly posting their engagement photo to Facebook.

In this day and age, seeing someone share too much information on Facebook is as common as birds in the sky. It’s not every day, however, that you hear about someone doing it accidentally, but that’s exactly what happened to the newly-engaged Miranda Levy.

When she took to Facebook to announce her impending nuptials, the ‘Future Mrs. Kelly’ forgot to crop something pretty personal out of the photo she posted. Her friends, of course, jumped on it like a pack of wild hyenas. Poor Miranda would’ve most likely wanted to break such news on her own terms, but she was past the point of no return after the unintended mishap, and finally came clean. Ouch.

While we’re happy for this couple and the milestones they’re achieving, we hope this will go down as an important lesson – check the backgrounds of your photos every time! Scroll down to see the full hilarious story.
